If you are interested in a group class for your business, First Responder organization or non-profit please contact us so we can make arrangements to suit your needs.

Please Note:
Any cancellation or reschedule made less than 24 hours in advance will result in a cancellation fee. The amount of the fee will be equal to 50% of the reserved services.
If you are more than 15 minutes late for your class, we may not be able to accommodate you. In this case, the same cancellation fee will apply. We will do our very best to reschedule your class for another time that is convenient to you.
We require payment in full prior to your appointment.
If cancellation is greater then 7 days prior to the class, a 100% refund will be made to the card you used when booking. If less than 7 days 50% will be refunded to the card.
In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency, special consideration will be given to late requests.
Classes will only be held if there are four students signed up.
